Firestone Complete Auto Care

LOVE this place 10/10! While I've been to several tire and auto service shops over the years that have provided good service they just don't come close to this place. My whole experience was superb. Customer service was amazing. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and caring. Austin (store manager) specifically made my experience flawless and didn’t make me feel like I was just a number of the day but rather a truly valued customer and went out of his way to help me with my vehicle needs. Pricing was competitive and they run a lot of great discounts and sales. I also loved that they do courtesy inspection on the vehicle while you're in to let you know of any other issues they find that your car may have or what will need replacing in the near future. They also provide a comfortable waiting area that is clean with TV, magazines, and table/plug ins while you wait. Turn around is fast! I will absolutely keep coming back to this location moving forward and only recommend this place to my friends and family in the area. They don't disappoint. Highly recommend!

Total gratification! In a two week span of meeting Austin I found him to be highly cognizant and efficient in service delivery and follow-through noting he overseen the installation of any new engine in a Dodge ram truck of mine. Before installation of the engine, he made sure that it was totally adequate in size and in operation and delivered my truck to me complete with the engine installed and other options installed as a surplus. I am elated with Firestone and will make sure that as many as possible is aware of this type of service as well.

⭐ 1 Star The repair itself may have been necessary, but the way this location handled the process was unacceptable. I was quoted approximately 3 hours for the repair. Instead, my vehicle was tied up for nearly 14 hours, leaving me stranded at the shop for most of the day. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. The required parts were apparently not available, but I was not informed until after work had already begun on my vehicle. Had I known this beforehand, I could have made other arrangements. Throughout the process, it was difficult to get clear answers about the status of the repair, expected completion time, and next steps. Questions often felt dismissed rather than addressed. I understand that unexpected issues can arise during a repair, especially on a vehicle with over some miles. However, accurate estimates, proper planning, and honest communication are basic customer service expectations. Based on my experience, I would not return to this location and would recommend that others consider alternative repair facilities.

Matt et al did everything they could to remedy the low tire, but found nothing wrong. After an hour and a half, all four tires have air and renewed integrity.

I usually don’t leave reviews, especially bad ones, but I’m so disappointed. Not only they took more than 3 hours to change 2 tires, but they also didnt do a good job. My hubcap wasn’t fully in and one of them came out while I was driving.
